National Dog Day is on August 26 and we are celebrating all of our favorite pups this month!
Our office manager, Amanda, is looking to celebrate National Dog Day with her dog, Molly. Amanda and Molly first met 13 years ago at an adopt-a-pet event where she was supposed to foster Molly for 6 weeks. Thankfully through the foster program, Molly found her FUR-ever home where she gets all the unconditional love.
Since then, Molly and Amanda have grown to be inseparable. Regardless of what Amanda is doing, Molly always seems to be by her side.
Here are some pawsome facts about Molly:
- She is extremely scared of water even though she’s a big girl
- One of her ears never perks up, its actually her signature trait
- She’s so stubborn that there have been times where she has refused to continue walking and requests that Amanda carry her home
This year for National Dog Day, Molly is going to go on a good, long walk, and get a yummy plain cake donut as a treat. What are you going to treat your dog to for National Dog Day?
