EMERGENCIES ...
If a bracket comes loose or a patient is experiencing discomfort or an appliance breaks, please call right away. Dr. Hirsh or a staff person can determine over the phone if something needs to be replaced immediately and, often, instructions can be handled by phone to alleviate the problem. Telephone either office, send a page, and we will respond very shortly.

Changing or canceling an appointment is not an emergency. A message can be left on the answering machine if you need to call after office hours. You will be called back on the next office day.

Dr. Hirsh's office has a state of the art reminder system to call and remind you of your appointment a few days before your appointment.

INSURANCE...
We accept most insurance plans and have a full time insurance coordinator to assist you.  

"MUSICAL ARRANGEMENTS" ...
A finance plan is individually developed to suit your needs within certain parameters, or an independent orthodontic finance company is available for help with financing. All major credit cards are accepted.

STERILIZATION...
We use state-of-the art sterilization procedures fulfilling the OSHA and the latest California State law requirements. Our full time sterilization technician cleans our instruments ultrasonically, places them in sterile pouches and runs them through a Harvey ChemClave sterilizer for our patient safety.
