Your first appointment

At your initial consultation, a complete examination is performed by Dr. Hirsh and the treatment coordinator. Photos of your teeth and an X-ray are taken, so Dr. Hirsh can fully diagnose any issues you may have. Dr. Hirsh takes measurements of your teeth, and will discuss if treatment is needed. The treatment process and treatment options will be thoroughly discussed. Often times, if treatment is needed, patients can begin their treatment the same day. Typically, the appointment will take about an hour, and it is completely complementary.

If you have filled out your New Patient Heath History Form prior to the appointment, please bring it with you. If you have insurance, our insurance coordinator will check any Orthodontic benefits you may have for you. All financial questions will be answered by the treatment coordinator who will work with you to make all arrangements.

Insurance and Financial Information

We accept all PPO insurance plans, and we have several payment options. Most of our patients do not have insurance, so we make financial arrangements work for you. We offer discounts for paying in full, interest free payment plans, and third party financing. All forms of payment are accepted.
